Sorry, no. The Homeowner Installed products are the only items offered via the Internet. If you are interested in our custom products, please call our corporate office at 805-238-4110.
2. Can I order replacement covers or parts for my homeowner-installed
awning?
Yes, please call our Homeowner Installed Sales and Support number at 805-238-9291 or email us at
info@shorelineawnings.com to order replacement parts.
3. Do you provide installation services?
No. All of our homeowner-installed products are designed to be easily
installed, with minimal tools. If assistance is required, please contact a
local contractor or handyman.
4. Are fabric or powder-coating samples available?

5. What is Sunbrella® and what kind of warranty does it have?
Sunbrella® is the manufacturer of the material used in our canvas based awnings. Check the Sunbrella® web site for detailed warranty information at http://www.sunbrella.com/usa/warranty.shtml
6. How do I clean my new awnings?
Generally, just a quick hose-down will eliminate most topical dirt and
dust. For more stubborn stains, visit the Sunbrella® website.
7. Do your awnings carry snow or wind load specifications?
No, our awnings do not carry snow or wind load specs. Please see the
specifications page for details.
8. There are only six fabric colors offered. What if I want a different
colored cover?
Because our awnings are ready-made, we only offer them in six pre-selected
colors. This way we can ensure that we have stock available for immediate
shipping. If you would like to order a custom color, please contact our

email us at info@shorelineawnings.com for pricing and lead-times.
9. Do you provide installation instructions?
Yes, written instructions are provided with each product, as well as on the
instructions page here on our site. Our awnings come partially assembled
with all necessary hardware. You can expect to spend about 30 minutes
installing your new awning.
10. Are any special tools required?
We recommend a level, a power drill and if you have brick or stucco walls,
a masonry bit.
11. Is it safe to order online?
Yes, our online store provides secure transactions.
12. How will my order be shipped and how long does it take to arrive?
Your order will be shipped by FedEx® Ground. For expedited shipping please contact customer service at 805-238-9291, or email us at info@shorelinesawnings.com for rate quotes. Customers will receive a FedEx® tracking number once the order has been shipped. You will be required to sign for the delivery. Because our awnings are ready
made, you should receive your awning within 7-10 working days using the FedEx® Ground service. Please note
that our products can only be shipped to a valid street address – NO P.O.
BOXES, APO OR FPO ADDRESSES.
13. Can I pick up my order at your location?
We do not offer will-call
pick-up. However, keep in mind that we ship all items for FREE.
14. What if my awnings arrive damaged or defective?
All Shoreline awnings are inspected before leaving our plant. The Buyer
owns the goods while in transit; therefore the Title passes from the
manufacturer to the Buyer the moment the goods are transferred to the
carrier. The Buyer must file any claim (as the owner of the freight) for any
damage incurred en route to the destination.
BEFORE signing any shipment documents, customers are advised to inspect all
packages received, and to report ANY product or package damage immediately
to the freight carrier. Please be sure to note damages on the delivery
paperwork and contact Shoreline Awning as soon as possible. Orders with
defective or damaged merchandise must be reported to Shoreline within 7 days of the delivery date of your order. If a product supplied by
Shoreline Awning is found to be defective, we will happily replace the
product. Liability Limits: The materials used to manufacture Shoreline Awning and Patio, Inc.'s
products are known to be first quality material goods. Subject to the terms
and conditions set forth herein, Shoreline will furnish replacement for
parts found by Shoreline to be defective in design, manufacture or assembly,
under each specific component or product warranty.
Any failure by the purchaser to install, maintain, use and store this
product in accordance with the instructions contained in the assembly and
installation instructions will nullify this warranty and relieve Shoreline
Awning and Patio, Inc. of any responsibility or liability under this
warranty. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to securely fasten the awning to
studs, joists, headers or other structural members. Any damage that results
from the awning falling from its installed position is not covered by
this warranty.
15. What is your return policy?
We do not offer cash refunds, but we do offer exchanges for the specified
dollar amount of the product. Please be sure your selections are correct for
measurements and color options when ordering.
16. What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel any order within 72
hours of purchase. Please call our customer service department at 805-238-9291 (M-F, 10am - 3pm PST) to cancel an order
and receive a full refund.
17. What is your warranty/guarantee policy?
Shoreline Awning and Patio, Inc. provides a warranty for all products purchased directly from this website (Homeowner-installed
product line) for a period of one (1) year from the original date of
purchase. In addition, Sunbrella® fabrics carry an independent warranty provided by that manufacturer. Please visit their website for further
information.
Shoreline Awning and Patio, Inc.’s warranties specifically exclude product
damage or personal injury resulting from neglect, improper use, improper
installation or improper maintenance and for damage or injury due to acts of
nature.
Please contact us directly at 805-238-9291 for warranty assistance for
products purchased through our company (i.e.; Sunbrella® fabrics).
18. Do you have a privacy policy?
Yes, we do not share your information with
any party for any reason, unless the information is needed to fulfill a
product warranty issue.
