Shoreline offers three basic awning models - Firenze (Spear Finial), Milano (Ball Finial) and Sorrento (Scroll Arm). Each model is available in sizes from 27" to 78". Each model comes in six colors, and two finishes. (Note: only Homeowner Installed items are available for ordering using this website. • Pricing and color information is available by clicking the Pricing and Colors menu options. Colors are also displayed on the specific item page.

To order, click on the Click to Order Now! heading. If you want to see more information about the item, click the picture or the caption below the picture. From these screens you can then click the Order Online Now! menu option.

Upon selecting and ordering an item, the order form will appear. Select a Size, Color, and Finish. You must make a selection for each option.

To order more products, click the Continue Shopping button on the order form, and you will be returned to the Homeowner Installed page. You can order the same part in multiple sizes or variations by simply ordering the same item again. The order form will add a new line item where you will again select the options. If you want to order more than one of an item, simply update the Quantity box on the order form.

When you are done shopping you can return to the shopping cart by clicking the Check Out/Review Cart menu option found on any of the Homeowner Installed product pages.

To delete an item from your order, uncheck the Include checkbox on the order form, and click Recalculate. To delete all items, select Clear Shopping Cart.

To complete the order, click the Check Out button and fill in the appropriate buyer information.

Sales tax, if applicable, will be calculated once you complete your customer and shipping information. California residents will be charged 7.25%, all other states will not be charged sales tax.

Payment and PayPal® Information
Shoreline accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover/Novus credit cards and PayPal® for payment. PayPal® also offers a credit card payment service that does NOT require you to have a PayPal® account. The PayPal® option accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover/Novus. If, during the order information process you prefer to pay through PayPal®, choose the PayPal® payment option located directly below the credit card payment section, then simply follow the instructions. If you do not have an account with PayPal®, or wish to use a credit card within PayPal®, select the option indicating you do not have a PayPal® account. The next billing form will ask for the standard credit card information. You WILL NOT BE required to set up a PayPal® account.

Shipping Information
All items are shipped within 3-5 days from date of order via FedEx® Ground. Shipping is at no-charge. You may enter special shipping notes or comments, but Shoreline cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. For expedited shipping please contact customer service at 805-238-9291, or email us at info@shorelinesawnings.com for rate quotes. Customers will receive a FedEx® tracking number once the order has been shipped. You will be required to sign for the delivery. Because our awnings are ready made, you should receive your awning within 7-10 working days using the FedEx Ground service.
